Continuity 6 is a problem-solving environment for multi-scale modeling in bioengineering and physiology — especially cardiac biomechanics, transport and electrophysiology — distributed free for academic research by the National Biomedical Computation Resource. Continuity 6 is portable, object-oriented, has separate GUI client and computational server components, and runs under Windows, MacOS or Linux, including Linux clusters. Learn more »

► May 8th, 2014: The latest revision of Continuity has been released today, and is available for download now. The new release uses Python 2.7 and now supports 64-bit versions of MacOSX (including Mavericks) and Windows as well as Linux. On-demand compilation now built in.
► April 30th, 2013: The latest revision of Continuity with expanded support for extraordinary nodes in Hermite meshes was released today and is available to download now for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux. ► April 12th, 2011: The latest revision of Continuity was released today and is available to download now for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux. This installation includes all the tools to generate and compile C code from SymPy equations in the model editors.
► Jan 2011: Now compiling new models in Continuity for Windows and Mac OS X is as easy as on Linux with our Compiler Plug-In for Windows and the Build Environment Setup Scripts for Mac OS X
► May, 2010: Coming this summer Continuity 6.4 release with symbolic model authoring, GPU acceleration and model database access.
