Software

I am the main maintainer of several different software packages:

  • The Python interface of DOLFIN a Finite element library within the umbrella of FEniCS (C++/Python).

  • GillStep a tool to define and solve discrete and stochastic Markov models using a modified Gillespie solver (C++/Python)

  • SubCell a simulation tool for arbitrary reaction diffusion equation based on FEniCS (Python)

  • GAMer a surface mesh improvement tool within the software library of FEtk, which can be integrated into Blender for a nice Gui user experience, see here. It generates volumetric meshes using tetgen. download (C/Python)
